Divorcing a narcissist was what led me to discover Hypnosis. My mind had been so twisted and manipulated I actually reached out to my future mentor and asked "Dude...these aren't my own thoughts...can de-hypnotize me??" I didn't know it at the time, but my ex had gotten underneath all of the conscious knowledge I had developed around what I deserved and what I knew to be love. The gaslighting, emotional rollercoaster, explosive fights and chick flic -style reconciliations programmed my unconscious mind.
One Session and one follow up later...
I never had those ruminating thoughts again! When I had to see my ex a month later for paperwork...I felt NOTHING! I was free! A few months later, I met my partner. I started a business bringing the tool that had so deeply impacted me to others who were in the same rabbit hole I broke out of. That was years ago.
