Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment is due at time of booking for all Zoom Sessions

2. Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

3. Reschedules or cancellations made with notice within24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% fee of the original booking price. Zoom sessions either be set an invoice and rescheduled at time of fee payment or will be refunded 50% of the booking price paid.

4. No call-No shows will be charged 100% of the original booking price. Zoom Sessions will not be refunded
