Payment and Cancellation Policy

For The Catalyst Membership

1. Payment is due at time of sign up and automatically withdrawn monthly

2. Monthly payments are non refundable, Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of your next withdrawal in order to avoid an additional charges

3. Membership is on a monthly basis, there is no time-frame obligation

4. If membership dues are not received, either via cancelled or expired payment method, membership will be automatically cancelled and any locked in pricing will be forfeited.

For Individual Sessions

1. Payment is due at time of booking for 1-1 Sessions

2. Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

3. Reschedules or cancellations made with notice within24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% fee of the original booking price. Zoom sessions either be sent an invoice and rescheduled at time of fee payment or will be refunded 50% of the booking price paid.

4. No call-No shows will be charged 100% of the original booking price. Zoom Sessions will not be refunded
